This concept comes from an idea of designing for an audience. In particular designing for children and what pulls them compared to what might be best built for adults. How can I combine the branding and ideals of Formula 1 racing to the minds of children. Designing with audience.
I ended up leading with sketch 2 deciding the simple primary colors and circles were easy for children to follow and yet i could make them race around the “track”.
The more I played witht this concept the more I also wanted to lean into Formula 1’s own graphics and branding where I found many line based posters and media.
